Dear Parents,
This week we began wrapping up many units in different subjects.
Language Arts:
We completed a review packet which focused on grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, predictions in writing, and genre.

Science:
In our unit on Solids, Liquids, and Gases:
-The Water Cycle
-vocabulary: state, matter
-All matter takes up space

Mathematics :
Chapter 25: Adding 3-digit Numbers
Next: Introduction to Division

Social Studies:
Geography Review
- Oceans, Continents, Compass Rose, Equator, locating countries, borders and boundaries (natural and artificial), and Time Zones

Announcements:

1. NO SCHOOL Wednesday, June 16

2. No homework over the weekend (except student who have special assignments given)
