*********** A Grade Two student enjoys reading her book.***********1. Read and record. Grade Two students are required to read 10 minutes per day outside of school. Students need to read at least 60 minutes per week in order to receive full credit for having done the assignment.
2. One journal entry Students are required to write at least one sentence per day in the journal. It must be returned to school every Tuesday for review. 6 to 7 entries is the criteria for receiving full credit for the assignment.
3. Adjectives worksheet - SOUND AND TEXTURE - Students must complete every part of the worksheet, including Writing Applications: Two sentences DUE FRIDAY

Students brought home a tri-fold portfolio for the Science unit, Interactions of Living Things. Please bring it back to school as we will be using it again. Thank you!!

-RWI students recieved 100% on the vocabulary test for Caroline Birch's story, Since Dad Left.
-Students refined their measuring skills in math using paper clips and then rulers. They measured everything from the classroom door to their ears!
