Grade 2, the awesome wonder

Grade 2 was fantastic and enthusiatic today!
They
...worked well and found the value of teamwork in P.E. class.
...observed silence on the bus from the JCC back to Carmel.
...discovered how awesome growing plants can be.
... practiced friendliness starting at recess this morning.
...learned how to use a grid to multiply.
...creatively mapped out the classroom.
...were appreciative when they realized that mastering a task takes a lot of practice, but when you practice the results of your efforts can be phenomenal. This was the case when I worked with them on mapping the classroom. I told them how I had to keep practicing to get to the level of accuracy that they saw.
...solved difficulties amongst themselves peacefully.
