Parent Conferences tomorrow

The Color Spectrum posters are neatly done. Good work, Grade Two! Please get your color spectrum poster turned in if you have not already.

Yali, Eitan, Ronnie, Asher, Leeor, and Rafaela read 50 minutes or more last week and recorded the information in their Reading Logs along with a parent signature. (Yali, just use the communication book for recording. Your Reading log was left in the classroom.)

Ronnie, Mia, Yali, and Jake practiced on ixl.com math last night.

Homework

1. Continue reading daily and recording in the reading log (10 minutes each day at least)

2. Continue keeping a daily journal. Write at least one sentence about your day. Bella is very consistent at keeping a daily journal. The dates are already printed her journal pages. That helps a lot!

3. Please review yesterday's blog (below) for other homework assignments like spelling. Arya, Yali, Mia, Leeor, and Rachamim have chapter 7 Math homework. Other students will not be taking Math home from the book.

If a student does not have the L.A. notebook for the spelling homework, simply write the sentences on a piece of lined paper. Sentences may also be word processed BY THE STUDENT. Please have name, date, and assignment title on the paper.

4. RWI class
Please return the "Talking About Teeth" packets. Parents can bring them to conferences, or students can return them on Thursday.

All of the following assignments are due on Monday. (They may be turned in earlier than Monday.)
